Parking systems installation and maintenance Description: DataPark, Incorporated, a California headquartered parking equipment manufacturing company was founded in 1986, has installed in excess of 1000 installations worldwide. DataPark currently has sales and distributor offices located in major U.S. markets including San Francisco, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, Miami, Boston, Denver, Seattle and Los Angeles. Outside the U.S., distributors can be found in Canada, Central America, Hong Kong, Europe, Korea and Australia.

DataPark, Inc is seeking full time Professional Service Technicians for parking equipment installation and maintenance in the following cities: Chicago, IL/ Cincinnati, OH / Cleveland, OH

  Requirements

- Ability to understand, speak and write English.

- Driver's License and own transportation
- Great verbal communication skills

- High mechanical, electrical and electronic skills. Performs bench-level preventive hardware maintenance, replacement and repair (to sub-assembly/ component level) of computer terminals, microprocessor components, peripherals and associated/designated communications and information management equipment.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision. 

- Working knowledge of computers, software (Windows XP), RS232 and RS485 serial communication methods for computers and devices

- Fulfills work orders/service calls to install, maintains and/or repairs computer equipment and peripherals.
- Provide day to day maintenance and utilize past experience and learned troubleshooting skills to analyze reported trouble issues for computer systems.

- Takes appropriate corrective action, interfacing with vendor, client and infrastructure services staff as necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of communication equipment, including peripherals, associated software and applications, to support business requirements or implement new technologies.
- Maintains work order documentation, technical schematics and diagrams. Assist in problem resolution which requires on-site support.
- Assist projects which require on-site support of infrastructure and/or application execution for successful completion.
