When Rusen Rusev moved to the United States in 2000 from Bulgaria, he was determined to become successful. With a strong ambition and abusiness­ savvy mind, it was clear from the    start he would accomplish everything he set out to do. He held a variety of positions when he first arrived,but it was an encounter with a Broker
that set him on the path of real estate. He was looking for his first condo to purchase, and the Broker show­ ing him the homes was extremely unprofessional. ''He was telling me how well he was doing in this business, so I thought, if he could do it then I could do better," Rusen says. So Rusen received his license and hit the ground running. Today, he owns Runway Realty in Chicago, a name that derives from his previous career as a fighter pilot in Bulgaria

"I was a fighter pilot for 15 years,"Rusen explains. "Through that work I became very determined." Rusen wants to understand all of his clients' needs, and goes above and beyond their expectations. "I am always ready. Show me the target and I will hit it right away." He pushes himself constantly, wanting to build his business exponentially. And while he does everything possible to ensure his clients are satisfied, he credits much of his success to his people-oriented personality. "You have to know how to work with people, that's the most important part," he says. Rusen has extensive experience working with others, resulting in the development of his strong communication skills.
"There is a lot of competition in this business,but no one can take away my skill," Rusen says. Inaddition to his skills, Rusen is also committed to his clients, striving to keep them up to date on their transaction. He works 24/7 to serve them, answering his phone calls on weekends, early mornings    and late nights. No    matter the    time    of    day, clients    can count    on Rusen to be there for them every step of the way. Understanding that this is an important investment, he never wants his clients feeling worried or con­ cerned. Rusen calms their fears and guides them through the process, ensuring they're comfortable and happy at all times.

Rusen is a strong negotiator, protecting his clients' finances and getting them top dollar for their properties. He will also do everything possible to get his buyers a great deal, wanting to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase. It's not just about delivering unmatched service and superior results, it's about gaining clients' trust and getting them towards their real estate and financial goals.

Years into his career, Rusen can't imagine doing anything else. He loves everything about the real estate industry and feels incredibly grateful to be a part of this business. He can't wait to see how his company continues to evolve and grow as the years go by.

"What I love most about it is the freedom and the unlimited potential for growth. Every day is different, no two days are alike, and the variety truly keeps me inspired."
