The Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center's Animal Care and Control Program will offer low-cost pet vaccination clinics in April and May at  two different locations. From 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 28, a clinic will be held at Hart Woods, located next to the Robert Rolek Community Center at Route 134 and Hart Road in Round Lake. From 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday May 5, a clinic will be held at the Lindenhurst Police Department, 2301 E. Sand Lake Road in Lindenhurst.

Each clinic provides a convenient and affordable way for Lake County residents to keep pets up to date with their shots and rabies tags. Animal Care and Control is fortunate to work collaboratively with community organizations and agencies in providing the clinics to benefit residents. The clinic in Round Lake is being held in conjunction with the Avon Foundation while the clinic in Lindenhurst is being held in conjunction with the village police department.
