Refund Policy

SM MEDIA GROUP LLC. , The Publisher of newspaper “Bulgaria Sega” and “ The Bulgarian Connection “ Business Catalogue will refund the money of the advertiser for a placed ad in case a mistake was made by The Publisher in the layout and/or the verbiage of the ad as it was initially approved by the subject advertiser. The refund amount will be limited to the actual amount received by The Publisher for the above-mentioned incorrect advertising.

SM MEDIA GROUP LLC. , The Publisher of newspaper “Bulgaria Sega” and “ The Bulgarian Connection “ Business Catalogue will refund the money of the advertiser in case the advertiser’s ad(s) was (were) not published for any reason whatsoever (according to the agreed schedule in the advertising contract). The refund amount will be limited to the actual amount received by The Publisher for the missed publication(s) of the above-mentioned advertising.
